Many older asphalt surfaces can develop sunken areas, exposed holes, and/or fractures and cracks due to sever weather, excessive use and poor maintenance. In many cases rather than complete removal and replacement, asphalt patching is a durable and successful form of repair. Fractured asphalt can be removed and replaced and tied in to existing asphalt that is still in good condition. In some cases, sunken asphalt surfaces can be overlaid without and removal required. When patch work is done properly, the entire asphalt surface becomes again stable and becomes as if it was a brand new driveway.
